Qualified meetings, booked over cold email and LinkedIn.
You tell us who counts. We find them, write to them, answer every reply, and put the meeting on your calendar. You decide what counts as a meeting, booked or held. We agree it in writing before we start.
We don't email the whole org chart. We find the person who signs, check they're still in the seat, and write to them. Pick what you sell.
Head of HR owns agency spend for open roles. The hiring manager feels the gap first and pushes for help. We write to the head of HR.
Your outbound isn't broken. It's just ignored.
Bought lists
Half the contacts left, or never fit. Bounces pile up and fewer emails reach anyone.
Templated copy
"I hope this finds you well." Buyers can smell a mail merge in the first line.
Slow replies
An interested prospect waits two days for an answer. By then they've moved on.
From your brief to a held meeting. Eight steps.

Requirements & discovery
We learn your business, your offer, your goals and what you expect from us. It starts with a short form.
- Business: What you sell, and the problem it solves.
- Offer: Which product or service the campaign should promote.
- Objectives: How many appointments you want, and by when.
- Ideal customers: Industries, company sizes, locations and job titles.
- Qualification criteria: What makes a meeting worth attending.
- Commercials: Typical deal value, sales cycle and customer economics.
- Existing assets: CRM, prospect lists, past campaigns and messaging.
- Constraints: Budget, geography, channels, exclusions and compliance requirements.
- Meeting definition: Whether a booked meeting counts, or the prospect must attend and meet the agreed criteria.
- 02From youAgree the terms in writing.
Commercial agreement
We agree the pricing model, payout per appointment, payment schedule, qualification criteria, cancellation and no-show rules, and the campaign budget.
- 03From youApprove the ICP.
ICP
We turn your best customers into a written profile: titles, company size, industry, region, and the signals that mean "buying now".
- 04From youOptional: spot-check the first list.
List
Verified contacts at accounts that match. Risky and catch-all addresses are held back. A short research note on each account.
- 05From youApprove the copy.
Copy
A short sequence written for the person reading it. A reason to talk, not a brochure pasted into an email.
- 06From youNothing.
Sending
Email and LinkedIn, at a pace that keeps deliverability healthy. No cold calls, ever.
- 07From youNothing.
Reply handling
Every reply answered: questions, objections, "not now", out-of-office. Interested prospects get times to meet the same day.
- 08From youShow up.
Booked meeting
The meeting lands on your calendar with a short brief: who they are, what they asked, why they said yes.
You set the bar. In writing. Before we send anything.
Your titles
You list the job titles that count. A meeting with anyone else isn't a qualified meeting.
Your company size
You set the headcount or revenue range. Too small or too big doesn't count.
Booked or held
Booked or held, you decide what counts as a meeting. We agree it in writing before we start.
Four ways to pay.
Pricing varies widely from one client to another, so we don't publish a fixed rate. We agree the model and the numbers with you in step 02, before anything is sent.
Pay per held appointment
Client pays for each meeting attended and meeting the agreed criteria.
Pay per booked appointment
Client pays when a qualifying appointment is scheduled, even if attendance is not guaranteed.
Monthly retainer
Client pays a fixed monthly fee for the service.
Hybrid
A fixed base fee plus a fee for each qualifying appointment.
Straight answers.
Who are you guys?
YCS started back in 2013 as a copywriting agency, writing web copy and email marketing for clients. Today we do three things: appointment setting, copywriting (web copy, email marketing, case studies and more), and AI services that automate your most laborious workflows, from AI call centers and website builds to ecommerce, HR and recruiting.
Why do I need appointment setting done for my business?
Because there's one thing you can never say no to: more customers. Your sales team shouldn't be the ones setting appointments. It never works. Appointment setting is a separate process with its own skills and systems. Sales has theirs. Making one team handle both compromises both.
Why YCS for appointment setting?
Why not? You can always bring in a partner willing to put their resources, experience and effort into getting you more appointments. Your sales team may complain that their calendars are full, but isn't that a happy problem? We've been doing this in our careers since 2001, and we've watched the industry and its processes change through a period of massive transformation.
